By submitting data to hooami, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

1. Data submitted will only be used for the purposes of this artwork, which may include elements based on the artwork in its current state
2. Data will be stored in a database for the duration of the artwork or until you request its removal, whichever is sooner.
3. Your data can be removed at any time, provided you have submitted a unique profile address and email address. To be removed from the database, please complete this form.
4. Data will not be sold
5. Email addresses are used for identification purposes only and will never be used to initiate contact.
6. Data submitted may be viewed by other users of the artwork
   1. Your name and email address will never be revealed to another user
   2. Your "first name" will be used to name your profile. This will be visible to anyone who visits your unique username URL
   3. Your "first name" may also be visible from time to time on the front page of the site, along with your profile picture. This is a random occurance, and there will be no way for other users to contact you via this process. If you do not wish for your "first name" to be visible to other users, enter an alternative name, such as a nickname, or leave the box blank.
7. The only compulsory fields are:
   1. Profile name
   2. Email address
   3. First name
   4. Age
8. All other fields are optional and can be left blank, however, this will may prevent you from accessing some portions of the website.
9. If there is a question you are unhappy to answer, leave the box blank
10. There is no way to fill in fields that were previously left blank. A new profile must be completed
